General Changes
- No Chick-fil-A branded paper products for employee meals and drinks unless they are purchased at full price
- Reusable plates will be used in place of paper products
- Red Solo cups or personal cups will be used in place of styrofoam cups

Employee Meals
- Select "EMPLOYEE MEAL" under local items
---- Note for kitchen: If a meal says, "Employee Meal", do not prepare that food
- Give discount
- Enter meal
- Get Receipt
- Go grab plate from BOH Dish Rack
- Bring plate to a BOH team member
- Show Receipt to BOH TM, and they will give you the proper portioning
- Enjoy your meal
- Bring plate to the diry dish area

Employee Beverages
- All non-specialty beverages are available for unlimited refills when you are working
- No Chick-fil-A styrofoam cups are to be used if you are not paying for the beverage
- You may use the cup we provide to you
- You may use a cup you bring from home
- You may purchase a red solo cup for $1 (Labeled "Team Member Cup") in the register
- You may purchase a drink at full price (no 50% discount or lumping in your employee meal)
- If you purchase a drink with a red solo cup, or a full price drink you must always do the following: Attach the receipt to the cup, write your name and the date

FAQ's
May I use Chick-fil-A Napkins?
- Yes, but please do not be wasteful in your use of any Chick-fil-A branded materials
What if the dish area is raw?
- Place the plate in the non-raw dish area, it will be taken care of later
What if I have soup?
- We have bowls provided for you so that you do not have to use the paper products
What if my cup is thrown away?
- If you have a receipt on the top of the cup with your name on it, it will not be thrown away as long as you are still at the store. ***Any cups left overnight will be tossed out
- If your cup is thrown away, you will need to purchase either a new red solo cup, or a new drink at full price
Can I buy a replacement reusable CFA cup?
- Yes! We have the smaller 20oz reusable cups for sale for $5. Please let a director know if you wish to purchase one
Can I use my 50% discount or employee meal allotment to buy a cup?
- NO. You must pay either the full $1, or full price for the drink if you want the drink.
Can I use leftover curbside drinks as my cup?
- NO. We do not want to incentivize over production of drinks to get a cup.
What if I need to take my food to go?
- You may use paper products for food to go- but only if you use your 50% discount
- You MUST get a leader's approval to take any orders to-go
What if I am not working and just using my 50% discount?
- These policies are not for when you are not working, you may use paper products then
If I am in a rush, can I leave my plate/bowl for someone else to take to dish?
- Absolutely NOT. Don't be lazy, a clean plate is a happy plate
