Greystone’s Greatest
Greystone's Greatest, Chick-fil-A Greystone's Monthly Employee Spotlight System, is a program designed to celebrate and motivate our exceptional team members who embody the company's values. Through a nomination process, two individuals are chosen each month, irrespective of their position within the company. The program encourages active participation from team members and leaders, fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation. With enticing prizes such as gift cards, CFA merchandise, mini cakes, and public celebrations, Greystone's Greatest serves as a powerful tool to acknowledge and inspire outstanding performance among employees.
Informative flyers are posted around the store each month when nomination week rolls around containing the following information:
What is it?
- Using a nomination system, 2 team members will be selected monthly to be celebrated as part of Greystone’s Greatest!
How it works:
- Each month, Greystone’s Greatest will be selected through team member nominations. There will be two winners, regardless of their AM/PM/FOH/BOH status.
- Team members and leaders can nominate names for the next month’s Greystone’s Greatest at the end of each current month. During the last 8 days of each month, team members will fill out a brief Google form for their nominations.
- On the first and second of the month, leaders will vote from a list of the top nominees in their Slack channel for the team members they think have exemplified Greystone’s Values the most over the past month.
- Winners will be announced on the 3rd of each month and celebrated accordingly during that month.
Who can win?
- Except for leaders, anyone that the people have noticed doing a great job this past month can be nominated and then win, regardless of whether they are AM/PM, FOH/BOH!
What are the Prizes?
- A $15 gift card from either Target, Amazon, or Starbucks!
- A FREE Sauce Keychain or Plush Cow!
- A mini Bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes!
- Social media and in-store celebration!
