Leadership Structure Changes

Russell Motsch

We have a pretty BIG announcement for you all. Since our Multi-Restaurant assessment, we have been working towards developing our store to have the most opportunity for our team to take responsibility, ownership, and to grow. That is why, moving forward, we will be altering our Director and Supervisor structure.

The biggest shift will be from daypart directors to daypart supervisors, with the directors taking on more broad responsibilities and supervisors taking on some of what directors have done in the past. The new Director structure will be the following:

Executive Director: Russell

FOH Director: Bryan

BOH Director: Justin

Talent Director: Gabby

Sales and Brand Growth Director: Harrison

Culture Director: Sunshine

Community Engagement Director: Isaac

Image Director: Tyler

With the new Supervisor Structure we have filled or will be looking to fill the following by the next round of NTMLB:

Training Supervisor: Madison Goodwin

Marketing Supervisor: Sydney Williams

BOH AM: Andy Mercier

BOH PM: TBD

FOH AM: TBD

FOH PM: TBD

Drive-Thru Supervisor: TBD

We will also have opportunities within these roles, however we are not in a timetable or obligation to fill them.

Catering Supervisor: TBD

Recruiting Supervisor: TBD

To apply for any of the supervisor roles, simply apply before the EOI cut off date of NTMLB.

Any supervisors not listed here will stay in their current roles for the time being as we transition and move forward. Things will be very fluid over the next 2-3 months to allow for us to make these adjustments in the best way possible

The goal behind these changes was to give Supervisors more opportunities to step into more director level roles. This allows us to develop our team in a more efficient and consistent way, even when there are not necessarily any director positions available. Due to these changes we can push you guys to continue to grow and take on more responsibility.

Part of that process will be promoting Tyler to our Director team as the Image Director. The role of the Image director is new, but will be very important to our business moving forward. The Image Director will be directly responsible for Food Safety, Quality, Cleanliness, and Hospitality. The things that really make Chick-fil-A a special place for our guests!

We will begin transitioning to these changes today, and our restructuring will be complete by September 5th. If you have any questions, please let me know. I have attached a general org structure (subject to change), and have also included the link to apply for the director role.
