Crew Leader
Scope of Position
Crew Leaders are the "sergeants" of the shift. Responsible for maintaining accountability for team members in the shift as well as supporting the vision of Team Leaders.
Responsibilities
Team Member - Certified Trainer Job Descriptions
Ensure the store is refreshingly clean throughout the shift Ensure completion of checklists through Jolt to set the next shift up for success
Assist the Director team in ensuring that all guests (drive-thru, dine-in, carry out, or catering pick-up) have a REMARKable experience.
Lead a specific area of the shift as per the direction of the team leader. (iPOS, Expo, Drive-Thru, Curbside, Line, Breading, Prep)
Lead team members to offer surprisingly fast service that is quick but never rushed.
Communicate clearly about catering orders
Ensure team member experience is REMARKable through creating a positive culture
Make decisions throughout shift to move team members as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 3 Shifts a week/ 2 Saturdays a month
Completed up to Certified Trainer Level
Completion of Leadership Checklist
Approval by Director Team
Support of CFA and CFA Greystone Standards
Influences and Disciplinary Standing will influence director Decision

Operator, Director, , Chick-fil-A Greystone
