Trainer
Scope of Position
Trainers are the mentors of new hires. They are expected to teach new hires how to effectively execute the role of team member.
Responsibilities
Ensure new team members are given a firm foundation for their time at Chick-fil-A Greystone Training new team members on the “Chick-fil-A way”
Holding new team members accountable for completing the assigned pathway modules
Tracking new team members through Trello, ensuring the team member has a solid foundation
Communicate clearly to new hires about expectations and standards
Assisting the leadership team in completing eRQA’s
Requirements
Must work a minimum of 2 shifts/week and 1 Saturdays/month
Focused attention to detail
Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
Must be able to support the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Greystone
Influences and Disciplinary Standing will influence director Decision
Reports To
Operator, Director, Leadership, Training Lead Chick-fil-A Greystone
