Trainer

Scope of Position

Trainers are the mentors of new hires. They are expected to teach new hires how to effectively execute the role of team member.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure new team members are given a firm foundation for their time at Chick-fil-A Greystone Training new team members on the “Chick-fil-A way”
  • Holding new team members accountable for completing the assigned pathway modules
  • Tracking new team members through Trello, ensuring the team member has a solid foundation
  • Communicate clearly to new hires about expectations and standards
  • Assisting the leadership team in completing eRQA’s

Requirements

  • Must work a minimum of 2 shifts/week and 1 Saturdays/month
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to support the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Greystone
  • Influences and Disciplinary Standing will influence director Decision

Operator, Director, Leadership, Training Lead Chick-fil-A Greystone

  • Pass Proficiency Test. Certified Trainer
  • Get a Team Lead or Higher Nomination
  • Approval by Director team

  • The Trainer will be successful if the following are obtained:
  • Chick-fil-A Greystone team members are thoroughly and properly trained.
  • Team members are successful in accomplishing their job and are thoroughly supported in completing their job.
  • Team members understand and know the expectations, systems and requirements of their role.
  • 100% of Safe Daily Criticals and eQRA’s are completed
  • 97% Order Accuracy and general CEM Success.
